F E D E R A L R E S E R V E BA N K O F D A LLA S DALLAS, TEXAS January 3,1961 To All Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: This is to advise that the Citizens National Bank of Austin, Austin, Texas, a newly organized institution located in the territory served by the San Antonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for business today as a mem ber of the Federal Reserve System.
