CHANGES IN OFFICERS

To the Member Bank Addressed:
R. L. Foulks, General Auditor of this bank, has resigned, effective
September 8, 1927, and his resignation has been accepted.
W. P. Clarke, heretofore Assistant Auditor, has been designated Act­
ing General Auditor, pending action by our Board of Directors in the elec­
tion of a successor to Mr. Foulks.
C. C. True, heretofore Manager of the Auditing Department, has been
designated Acting Assistant Auditor.
