Federal reserve Bank OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, October 28, 1944 To the Member Bank Addressed: At a meeting of the Board of Directors held October 13, 1944, the following changes were made in the official staff of the bank, effective as of November 1, 1944. Mr. H. R. DeMoss, an Assistant Cashier at the head office, was elected an Assistant Vice President. Mr. C. M. Rowland, Cashier of the Houston Branch, was elected an Assistant Cashier at the head office. Mr. E. A. Chancellor* an Examiner for this bank, was elected Cash ier of the Houston Branch.
