C H A N G E IN O FFIC E R S

To the Member Bank Addressed:
Our Board of Directors lias approved the appointment of
Earl B. Austin, heretofore Manager of the Service Department, as
Assistant Cashier, effective August 1, 1924.
Mr. Austin will have supervision over the Service Department
and personnel work of the bank, filling the vacancy in junior officers
caused by the resignation of James L. Lumpkin, Assistant Cashier,
on July 1st. Mr. Lumpkin severed his connection here on account of
ill health.
