Congress has enacted and the President of the United States has approved
legislation returning the nation to Standard Time effective at 1:00 a.m., Central
Standard Time, Sunday, September 30, 1945.
Therefore, on and after September 30, 1945, and until further notice, this
bank and its branches at Houston, San Antonio, and El Paso will observe StandĀ­
ard Time and will be open for business each day, except Sundays or days or
parts of days observed as legal holidays, as follows:
