Federal reserve bank OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, December 22, 1942 To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: Effective January 2, 1943, Brewster County, Texas, will be transferred from our San Antonio Branch territory to our El Paso Branch territory. The only bank now located in that county is the First National Bank, Alpine. All transactions with the First National Bank of Alpine which have not been completed by the San Antonio Branch on or before December 31, 1942, will be completed through the El Paso Branch. It will be appreciated if direct sending banks will forward to the El Paso Branch all cash and noncash collection items payable at the above point which cannot be for warded to reach the San Antonio Branch on or before December 31, 1942.
