Federal

reserve bank

OF DALLAS

Dallas, Texas, December 22, 1942

To the Member and Nonmember Clearing
Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:
Effective January 2, 1943, Brewster County, Texas, will be transferred
from our San Antonio Branch territory to our El Paso Branch territory.
The only bank now located in that county is the First National Bank,
Alpine.
All transactions with the First National Bank of Alpine which have
not been completed by the San Antonio Branch on or before December 31,
1942, will be completed through the El Paso Branch. It will be appreciated
if direct sending banks will forward to the El Paso Branch all cash and
noncash collection items payable at the above point which cannot be forĀ
warded to reach the San Antonio Branch on or before December 31, 1942.

Yours very truly,
R. R. GILBERT
President
