Public Hearing
June 14, 2007
Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System
Martin Building, Terrace Level
20th and C Streets, N.W., Washington, D.C.
A public hearing will be held to gather information about how the Board might use its
rulemaking authority to curb abusive lending practices in the home mortgage market,
including the subprime sector, in a way that preserves incentives for responsible lenders to
provide credit to borrowers.
The hearing is free and open to the public. Registration is required. Attendees will be
required to show a valid form of photo identification, such as a driver's license, to enter the
meeting. The hearings are accessible to persons with disabilities.
