APPOINTMENT OF CLASS C DIRECTOR

To the Member Bank Addressed:
The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has
announced the appointment of Mr. J. B. Cozzo, a partner in the
firm of Womack and Cozzo, contractors, Dallas, Texas, as a
Class C director of this bank for the unexpired portion of the
three-year term ending December 31, 1940.
