Hearing none we will move to the first order of business, the introduction and swearing in of Dr. Harcourt Fuller, who was appointed by Secretary Yellen on August 25th, 2021 for the position based on the recommendation by Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi. Today we welcome Dr. Harcourt Fuller to the Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee. Dr. Fuller is an Associate Professor of African and African Diaspora History in the Department of History at Georgia State. He is a numismatic scholar, who has been a coin and currency collector since childhood, and is currently a member of the American Numismatic Association and the International Bank Note Society. Dr. Fuller also is the creator of the traveling museum exhibition, "Black Money Exhibit: World Currencies Featuring African and African Diasporic History and Culture" and the forthcoming documentary film, "Black Women on Money." We look forward to his expertise and contributions to the CCAC. Dr. Fuller, we will now administer the oath of office. DR. FULLER: MS. DOONE: Thank you. Pursuant to Section 5135 of Title 31 United www.CapitalReportingCompany.com 202-857-3376 Meeting October 19, 2021 15 States Code, the CCAC is to submit an annual report to the Secretary of the Treasury, the House Committee on Financial Services and the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs. This report was due on September 30th, 2021, but it was communicated to the Secretary and Congress that additional time was needed so we could review the final document and approve it at this meeting. Are there any comments to the document? Hearing none, is there a motion to approve the report to Congress for the U.S. Mint to transmit to the Secretary and Congress with the edits that have been submitted prior to the meeting and any other technical corrections? The decision will be made depending on the current situation with COVID-19 in whether it will be in person at the United States Mint Headquarters or as we have been doing for the past number of months on video conference.
