TUESDAY September 20, 2007 STATE PERSONAL INCOME: SECOND QUARTER 2007 U.S. personal income grew at a 1.2 percent rate in the second quarter of 2007 after growing 2.5 percent in the first quarter, according to estimates released today. Personal income growth in all regions of the country slowed. First-quarter growth, the second strongest in the current economic expansion, reflected the receipt of bonuses for 2006.
