Personal income increased 7.4 percent in the metropolitan portion of the United States and 7.7 percent in the nonmetropolitan portion. • In metropolitan counties, the percent change in personal income ranged from 34.9 percent in Lynn County, TX, to −1.8 percent in Power County, ID. • In nonmetropolitan counties, the percent change in personal income ranged from 60.9 percent in Throckmorton County, TX, to −12.2 percent in Chouteau County, MT.
