ABSTRACT: In our 2019 Annual Report, we look at how the Philadelphia Fed engages in two-way conversations to advance thinking on important issues, listen to concerns and insights from our constituents, and strengthen communities. This work laid the foundation for our efforts to support the economic recovery from COVID-19. The report also includes letters from President Patrick T. Harker and First Vice President James D. Narron and the financial statements.
