R e s e r v e Bank of St. L o u is w ill e x p ir e on D e c e m b e r 31, 1956.
M r . Ruthenburg was e le c te d by the m e m b e r banks in Group 3
as a C lass B d ir e c t o r of this bank f o r a th ree y e a r t e r m b e ­
ginning January 1, 1945 and has been r e - e l e c t e d since then.
