RESULT OF SPECIAL ELECTION

St. Louis, June 3. 1932.

TO T H E M E M B E R BANKS IN D IS T R IC T NO. 8;
I he election of a Class A director to succeed John C. M artin, re­
signed, has been duly held in accordance with the requirements of Section
4 of the f ederal Reserve Act and the provisions of my circular dated April 9,
1932.
The result of the election is as follows: F. Guy H itt, President of
f irst National Bank, Zcigler, 111., was elected by member banks in Group
3 as a Class A director of this bank for the unexpircd term ending D ecem ­
ber 31. 1934.
