Mnuchin met with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh of Vietnam. Secretary Mnuchin and Deputy Prime Minister Minh welcomed the opportunity to engage on issues of mutual importance between the U.S. and Vietnam. Secretary Mnuchin indicated support and collaboration for a successful APEC host year in Vietnam in 2017.
