Personal income data for the states of Mississippi and Missouri have also been revised. Revised data are not yet available for all states included in this release. Therefore, the pages entitled "State Summary" are not included. The decline in payroll employment and the increase in the unem ployment rate in the Eighth District reflects in part major labor disputes in the metropolitan areas of St. Louis, Memphis, and Evansville.
