To the Member Banks in the
Eleventh Federal Reserve District:
In our circular letter of April 17, 1961, you were advised
th a t we were sending you, under separate cover, a binder con­
taining the current Published Interpretations of the Board of
Governors of the Federal Reserve System and th a t you would
be sent new pages when issued in order th a t the contents of
the binder might be kept current.
In this connection, there are enclosed new pages, dated
March 31, 1964, which contain all published interpretations of
the Board for year 1963 through March 31, 1964. Please
remove and destroy those pages now in the binder which are
superseded by the new pages.
