To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks
of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:
We have been informed that during the month of Sep­
tember 1964 all of the Federal Reserve banks and branches will
observe September 7 as a holiday, and that the Federal Re­
serve Bank of San Francisco and its Los Angeles Branch also
will observe September 9.
We are transmitting this information to you for your
guidance in connection with transit operations and transfers
of funds.
