OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

To All Banks in th e
Eleventh F e d e r a l R e s e rv e District:

The Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas announced
the following changes in the senior management of the Bank:
The Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has accepted
the resignation of Harry A. Shuford, First Vice President of the Bank, who will
become President of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, effective October 1,
1962.
Philip E. Coldwell, Vice President and Economic Adviser, has been elected
First Vice President of the Bank, effective October 1, 1962.
