To the Bank Addressed:

The Lincoln Bank & Trust Company, Ruston, Louisiana, a
newly organized, insured, nonmember bank located in the terri­
tory served by the Head Office of the Federal Reserve Bank of
Dallas, has notified us that it will open for business on A ugust 1,
1962, and that rem ittance will be made at par for checks drawn
on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank.
The combined A.B.A, transit number and routing symbol of
the new bank is 84-516.
