To the Bank Addressed:

We have been advised th a t the Lamar State Bank, Beaumont,
Texas, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank located in
the territory served by our Houston Branch, will open for busi­
ness August 8, 1959. The bank has notified us th at remittance
will be made a t par for checks drawn on it when received from
the Federal Reserve Bank.
The combined A.B.A. transit number and routing symbol of
the new bank is 88-2344.
