TEXAS June 2, 1961 To the Bank Addressed: We have been advised that the Loving State Bank, Loving, New Mexico, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank located in the territory served by the El Paso Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will open for business on June 3, 1961. The bank has notified us that remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank.
