F ederal Reserve Bank O F DALLAS Dallas, Texas, May 4, 1961 To All Banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: Another survey of one day’s volume of checks handled at the four offices of this bank was made to determine the number of checks that are preprinted in conformity with the Magnetic Ink Character Recognition Program of the American Bankers Association.
