FEDERAL R eserve Bank O F DALLAS Dallas, Texas, February 27, 1961 To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: For your information, we are advised that during the month of March 1961 the Federal Reserve Banks of Philadelphia and Chicago, as well as the Baltimore Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, will be closed on Friday, March 31. We are informed that the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and its Los Angeles Branch, and the Pittsburgh Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland will be open until 12:00 noon on Friday, March 31.
