TEXAS January 20, 1961 To the Bank Addressed: We have been advised that the Huntington State Bank, Huntington, Texas, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank located in the territory served by the Houston Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will open for business January 23, 1961. The bank has notified us that remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank.
