FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS D ALLAS, TEXAS May 9,1960 To the Bank Addressed: We have been advised that the Mid Valley State Bank, Weslaco, Texas, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank located in the territory served by the San Antonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will open for business on May 10,1960. The bank has notified us that remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank.
