F e d e r a l r e s e r v e Ba n k O F DALLAS Dallas, Texas, October 23, 1956 To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks o f the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: For your information we are advised that the following Federal Reserve banks and branches will be closed on November 6: New York Buffalo Philadelphia Richmond Baltimore Chicago Detroit St. Louis Helena Kansas City Denver Seattle and that the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and its Cincinnati Branch will close at 1 :00 p.m. on November 6. On Monday, November 12, the following Federal Reserve banks and branches will be closed: Boston New York Buffalo Philadelphia Cleveland Cincinnati Pittsburgh Charlotte Chicago Detroit St. Louis Louisville Kansas City Denver Portland Salt Lake City On Thursday, November 22, all of the Federal Reserve banks and branches will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving Day with the excep tion of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and its branches at El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio, which will be closed on November 29 in observance of Thanksgiving Day.
