To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks
of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:
In our circular letter of April 30, 1956, your attention was called to
the periods during which certain Federal Reserve banks or branches would
observe Daylight Saving Time during the year 1956.
For your information the following banks or branches will revert to
Standard Time on the dates indicated:
Cleveland
Baltimore
San Francisco
Los Angeles
Boston
New York
Buffalo
Philadelphia
Pittsburgh
Nashville
Chicago
St. Louis
Louisville

Until that date our time limit for the acceptance of wire transfers to
the above offices, for completion on date of receipt, will be one hour earlier
than shown in the time schedule effective March 28, 1955, which is'part
of our Bulletin No. 6, dated April 1, 1954.
