Federal Reserve Bank O F DALLAS Dallas, Texas, January 25,1952 To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: For your information, all Federal Reserve Banks and Branches will be closed on Tuesday, February 12, Lincoln’s Birthday, with the exception of the following: St. Louis Little Rock Minneapolis Kansas City Oklahoma City Portland Seattle Boston Richmond Charlotte Atlanta Birmingham Jacksonville New Orleans For your further information, all Federal Reserve Banks and Branches will observe Friday, February 22, Washington’s Birthday, as a holiday and will be closed on that date, with the exception of the following: Atlanta Little Rock Minneapolis Portland We are informed that Tuesday, February 26, Mardi Gras Day, will be observed as a holiday by the Birmingham and New Orleans Branches of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. We have been advised by the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond that its Baltimore Branch, which is normally closed on Saturday, will be open for business on the following Saturdays during 1952, because these Satur days are either preceded by a Friday or followed by a Monday which is a legal holiday in the State of Maryland: February 23 April 12 May 31 September 13 October 11 We have also been advised by the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond that its Baltimore Branch will remain closed on all other Saturdays until further notice.
