Federal reserve bank OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, January 11, 1952 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT To the Member Banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: The Board of Directors at its meeting on January 10, 1952, re-elected all of the officers of the bank and its branches at El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio, Texas, for the year 1952. The Board also elected Mr. N. B. Harwell an officer of the bank with the title of Chief Examiner. Mr. Har well previously served as an examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and was an Assistant Vice President of the American National Bank and Trust Company, Chattanooga, Tennessee, before coming with this bank in February 1949.
