To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks
of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:
For your information, all Federal Reserve banks and branches will
observe Monday, September 2, Labor Day, as a holiday, and there will
be no clearing and the books of the Board’s Interdistrict Settlement Fund
will be closed.
For your further information, the following additional holidays will be
observed by Federal Reserve banks and branches during the month of
