FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, June 15, 1939 ANNOUNCEM ENT To the Member Bank Addressed: At a recent meeting of our Board of Directors the following changes were made in our official staff, effective June 16, 1939: Mr. E. B. Stroud, of the firm of Locke, Locke, Stroud and Randolph, counsel for this bank, was elected First Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. W. 0. Ford, Assistant Vice President, was elected Cashier. Mr. Mac C. Smyth, Manager of the Transit Department, was elected Assistant Cashier. The transfer of the cashiership from Vice President and Cashier R. B. Coleman to Mr. Ford was made in connection with the assignment of addi tional duties to Mr. Coleman in his capacity as Vice President.
