FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, February 6,1937 To the Member or Non-Member Clearing Bank Addressed: We have been advised by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis that effective February 15, 1937, their Louisville Branch will resume operations. It is, therefore, suggested that due consideration be given by you to the forwarding of transactions which normally should reach Louisville on and after February 15, as the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis will discon tinue functioning such transactions at the close of business February 13.
