OF DALLAS

March 16, 1933.

To the Bank Addressed:

The Secretary of the Treasury has directed the Federal Reserve Bank
of Dallas, acting as his designated agent, to issue licenses in the form
heretofore prescribed by him for the resumption of banking functions
beginning Thursday morning, March 16, 1933, to the following bank:
First National Bank, Pampa, Texas
Supplementing our Circular of March 15, 1933.
