F e d e r a l r e s e r v e B a n k OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, November 24, 1942 RESULTS OF ELECTION To the Member Banks o f the Eleventh Federal Reserve D istrict: The election of directors to succeed Ed. H. Winton, Class A director, and J. R. Milam, Class B director, has been held in accordance with the provisions of section 4 of the Federal Reserve Act, as amended, and my circulars of September 29 and November 5, 1942. The results of this election are as follows: Walter P. Napier, President of the Alamo National Bank, San Antonio, Texas, was elected by the member banks in Group 1 as a Class A director of this bank. J. R. Milam, President of The Cooper Company, Inc., Waco, Texas, was reelected by the member banks in Group 2 as a Class B director of this bank.
