To the Member Bank Addressed:
Thursday, January 1, New Year’s Day, will be observed as a holiday by
this bank and its branches, as well as by all Federal Reserve banks and
their branches.
In addition, the following holidays will be observed by Federal Reserve
banks and branches during the month of January:
