To the Member Bank Addressed:

Monday, March 3, will be observed as a holiday by this bank and its
branches, inasmuch as Texas Independence Day, March 2, falls on Sunday.
In addition, we are advised by the Board of Governors of the Federal
Reserve System that the following holidays will be observed by other
Federal Reserve banks and branches during the month of March:
