OF DALLAS

Dallas, Texas, August 28, 1940

To the Member Bank Addressed:

Monday, September 2, Labor Day, will be observed as a holiday by this
bank and its branches, as well as by all other Federal Reserve banks and
branches.
In addition, the Board o f Governors o f the Federal Reserve System has
advised that the following holidays will be observed by other Federal
Reserve banks and branches during the month of September, 1940:
