A. McKinney, Vice President of the American Exchange National Bank of Dallas, was selected to serve as the member of the Federal Advisory Council representing the Eleventh Federal Reserve District for the year 1929, Mr. W. E. Connell, President of the First National Bank of Fort Worth, was designated as alternate member of the council to represent this district in the event Mr. McKinney is unable to attend the sessions.
