Dallas, Texas, July 2, 1928.

To the Member Banks of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas:

In connection with President Woodson’s notice of the second annual
meeting of the Stockholders’ Association, the Directors and Officers of the
Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas extend to the representatives of the mem­
ber banks who will attend the meeting a cordial invitation to be the guests
of the Bank at a luncheon in the Baker Hotel at one p. m. July 12, 1928.
In order th a t ample provision may be made for our guests, prompt return
of the enclosed card indicating the names and number of representatives
from each member bank contemplating attendance will be appreciated.
In order to assist the officers of the Stockholders’ Association having
the meeting in charge, desks will be placed in our front lobby with a suffi­
cient number of typists assigned to rapidly register the visitors and issue
their credential badges. Those attending may, therefore, come immedi­
ately to the Federal Reserve Bank, one block South of the Baker Hotel
either on arrival in the afternoon of the day before or between the hours
of eight and ten a. m. on July 12, to register.
Our Directors and Officers will constitute a reception committee a t the
bank and those desiring to be shown through the building and visit with
us may do so at any hour during July 11 and 12.
We shall also be glad to make hotel reservations for those who request
us by special letter or telegram to do so. We suggest th at type of accom­
modations desired, as well as hotel preference, if any, be indicated.
