DETAILS
Hurricane Rita has been downgraded to a strong Category 4 storm and is expected to
make landfall in the Houston-Galveston area by early Saturday morning. At this time, the Federal
Reserve Bank of Dallas and all branches, including the Houston Branch, continue to be
operational.
