WALLACE FIRST V IC E PR ES ID EN T April 21, 1990 DALLAS, TEXAS 75222 AND CH IE F O PER ATING O FFIC ER Circular 90-19 TO: The Chief Operations Officer of all financial institutions in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District SUBJECT Introduction of a premium RCPC deposit option in the San Antonio office territory and extension of the existing premium RCPC deadlines in the Dallas and Houston office territories. DETAILS On May 21, 1990, the San Antonio office will begin offering a premium RCPC deposit option with a 2:45 a.m. deposit deadline along with their 2:00 a.m. basic RCPC option. Also, the premium RCPC deadline will be extended from 1:15 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. in Dallas and from 1:15 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. in Houston. The per item and cash letter fees will remain the same in Dallas and Houston. Fees for the new San Antonio premium service will be consistent with those in Dallas and Houston ($.033 per item and $1.00 per cash letter for intradistrict depositors and $2.50 for interdistrict depositors). These changes will improve credit availability by one full day on many RCPC items deposited in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.
