W ALLACE FIRST V IC E PR ES ID EN T AND C H IE F O PER ATING O FFIC ER DALLAS, TEXAS 75222 July 20, 1988 Circular 88-46 TO: The Chief Operations Officer of all financial institutions in the Houston Office territory SUBJECT Mixed and other Fed cash letter deadline extension in Houston DETAILS Effective September 1, 1988, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas will extend the 7:00 p.m. mixed and other Fed cash letter deadline to 8:00 p.m. in the Houston Branch territory. The per item fee, cash letter fee and availability will remain the same. This change will significantly improve the availability given to institutions that have not been able to meet the 7:00 p.m. deadline but will be able to meet the 8:00 p.m. deadline.
