in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:
This is to advise that the Houston State Bank, Houston, Texas,
located in the territory served by the Houston Branch of the Federal
Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for business on September 25, 1973? as
a member of the Federal Reserve System.
The new bank has a capital structure of $1,000,000 consisting
of capital stock $U00,000, surplus $^00,000, and undivided profits and
reserves of $200,000.
