in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:

I am pleased to announce that on April 10, 1969, the Board
of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas appointed Mr.
C. J. Kelly, President, The First National Bank of Midland, Mid­
land, Texas, a director of the El Paso Branch for the unexpired
portion of a three-year term ending December 31, 1970.
