Fe d e r a l R e s e r v e B a n k DALLAS, TEXAS of D allas 75222 Circular No. 67-18 January 20, 1967 To the Bank Addressed: We are advised that the Northline State Bank, Houston, Texas, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank located in the territory served by the Houston Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will open for business on January 21, 1967. The bank has notified us that remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. Checks drawn on the new bank will be received by our Houston Branch for collection on a country item basis and credit for such items will be deferred.
