F ederal reserve bank of DALLAS, TEXAS Dallas 75222 Circular No. 70-319 December 31,1970 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT To All Banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: It is a pleasure to announce that the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has made the following changes in the official staff of the Head Office effective January 1, 1971: Robert H. Boykin, Vice President and Secretary of the Board, has been elected Senior Vice President and Secretary of the Board. Tony J. Salvaggio, Vice President, Cashier, and Assistant Secretary of the Board, has been elected Senior Vice President and Cashier. Richard D. Ingram, Assistant Cashier, has been elected Assistant Vice President. Theodore E. Spreng, Data Processing Officer, has been elected Assist ant Vice President. Carroll D. Blake, Manager of the Loan and Bank Services Department, has been elected to the official position of Bank Relations Officer. Robert Smith III, Assistant Manager of the Loan and Bank Services Department, has been elected to the official position of Public Information Officer and Assistant Secretary of the Board.
