OFFICERS' A N D EMPLOYEES' SALARY SURVEY REMINDER

TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
OF THE MEMBER BANK ADDRESSED IN THE
ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT:
Instruction manuals and workpapers necessary for
participating in the 1976 Officers' and Employees' Salary Surveys
were mailed to a l member banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve
l
District on July 2, 1976. The deadline for receipt of the workpapers
at this Office i drawing near. All banks wishing to participate in
s
the surveys should return their completed workpapers to us by
September 1 1976. Only those banks participating in the surveys
,
will receive copies of the finished results.
Last year, over 250 member banks participated in each of
the surveys. Survey data returned to participating banks include
average, minimum, and maximum salaries, seniority, bonus, retireĀ­
ment, insurance, and other incentives for 31 official positions and 25
nonofficial positions. In addition, comparisons are made on the basis
of bank size and geographic location. Completed reports will be forĀ­
warded to participating banks in time to assist in salary appraisals for
the coming year.
