This is to a d v is e that Gulf S o u th e rn National B ank, Houston,
T e x a s , a newly o rg a n iz e d institution located in the t e r r i t o r y s e r v e d by
the Houston B ranch of the Federal R e s e rv e Bank of Dallas, opened for
b u s in e s s W ednesday, O ctober 1, 1975, as a member of the Federal
R e s e rv e System.
The new member bank has capital of $400,000, s u r p l u s of
$400,000, and u n d iv id e d p ro fits of $200,000.
