SUBJECT:

New check services for payor institutions

SUMMARY:

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is pleased to
announce
several
new
check services for payor
institutions. All Eleventh District offices are now
offering a service whereby customer account totals can
be provided to payor institutions.
In addition, a
magnetic tape of all checks received in a high-speed
cash letter can be provided to payor institutions.
The magnetic tape would include all MICR line data of
the checks and selected account totals if requested.
Other options of the payor services include telephone
notification of account totals, adjustments and reject
totals.
